Introduction
Below are indicated the shipping and delivery times and methods and the methods for exercising the right of withdrawal as guaranteed by art. 52 et seq. of the Legislative Decree. 206 of 2005 "Consumer Code".

Shipping and delivery times and methods
Items purchased from vullogioielli.com will normally be shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment in anonymous and well-kept packaging to guarantee maximum safety and protection.
Shipping costs and times depend on the destination and are calculated at the time of the order and entered clearly and unambiguously in the order summary. The user can therefore freely decide to continue the purchase process or interrupt it.
Shipping costs are always free for orders over €500.00 for Italy.
If the user wishes to know the shipping costs in advance, simply forward a request to customer service via the link to the contact form located at the top left of the page.
Returns and right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments.
In particular the art. 52 guarantees that, subject to the exceptions indicated below, the buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to withdraw from the order and return the purchased items without having to provide any justification and without having to incur additional costs other than those relating to the shipping costs incurred for the return.
Withdrawal method
If you wish to withdraw from the order and return the purchased items, you must notify Vullo Gioielli by sending an email to info@vullogioielli.com or by post to the store address within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the order.
Wait for the return authorization if the order has already been shipped and then ship the items using the same packaging in which they were received or with one of similar invoice, using an authorized courier and providing the tracking number to customer service. Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
Repayment methods and times
Once the items have been received back and their integrity and exact correspondence with what was sent has been checked, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used by the buyer within 7 (seven) working days; together with the refund, the user will receive a notification via email to be informed of the provisions.
Exceptions
It will not be possible to withdraw from the purchase or return one or more products purchased on vullogioielli.com if one of the following exceptions exists:
- a period exceeding 14 (fourteen) days has passed since delivery;
- the items have been modified or customized at the buyer's request;
- the items have been expressly sourced by Vullo Gioielli at the customer's request;
- the items have been used, soiled or damaged by the buyer;
the items have been deprived of labels, branding and protection stickers or the original - ackaging in which they were received.
